Weekly Meetings

Each Wednesday- 7:00pm-8:30pm at Douglas Middle School unless otherwise noted.

Uniform: Class A required for first 3 meetings each month, Class B ok on last meeting of month.
Handbook: Required






Leader's Meetings

Leader's Meetings are to be held on the first Sunday on each month at 7:00pm
at the SCOUT HALL unless otherwise noted. All Leaders are requested to attend.

The agendas will include content and activities
for weekly meetings, as well as planning future events.










Adirondak Survival Campout, Split Rock.

March 14,15,16, 2008
Departure: Friday March 14, at 7:00pm from the Sout Hall!
Return: Sunday March 16, approx 11:00am (Scout Hall)
Food: Each Scout/Scouter to bring and cook thier own food. Water will be provided.
A sample menu is listed below for those who need help.
Cost: Nothing, NADA, Nilch.



Items to Bring:
Backpack
Each scout/scouter to bring thier own Food.
Personal First Aid Kid
Cold Weather Clothing ( Jacket )
Sleeping bag / Liner or blanket / Pillow
Toiletries / Toothbrush, Toothpaste
Change of clothes / Rain Gear
Extra socks / Shoes
Flashlight / Mess/Cook Kit/ Eating Utensils
Canteen with WATER in it.
Class B Uniform




** Recommended Food List
3 meals,(2) breakfast,(1)lunch, (1)dinner and a few snacks)

Saturday Breakfast
2 eggs, bacon or sausage links
Saturday Lunch
Hot Dogs or Soup/Sandwhich, drink
Saturday Dinner
Foil pack, Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Hamburg, all double-wrapped in foil
Sunday Breakfast
Pop tarts or similar type of processed breakfast,  drink box, etc.
We will have plenty of water available.

Please note: We will have plenty of fire available for cooking. Please
bring meals that require preparation and cooking rather than just cans of
soup, beans and such.
