Leader's
Meetings

Leader's Meetings are to be once each each month at 7:30pm
These meetings are used for planning weekly meetings
as well as planning future events. All adult leaders are
requested to attend.
Summer Camp

Location: Wanocksett,
Jaffrey, NH
Cost: $425 per scout. $25.00
Deposit & Activity Signup Form Due Weds, March 18, 2020
Deposits are non-refundable. Balance no later than April 8, 2020.
Medical Forms are Due to troop leadership by June 17, 2020.
Departure: Sunday July 5, 2020. 10:00am (sharp, please arrive
before then) from the Douglas Fire Dept Parking Lot.
Due to the volume of scouts
attending camp this year, parents may be asked
to help transport scouts to camp.
Return: Saturday, July 11, 2020. Parents
are requested to appear at
the camp by 10:00am to pick up thier Scout. Directions to the
camp
will be available. Any Scout needing a ride can make arrangements
with
an adult leader, and get a ride back. We will be arriving at the
Fire Department at approx; 2:00pm
