Each Wednesday in June,
7:00pm-8:30pm
Parents Meeting, All
parents are requested to attend meeting on Weds June 30 for
a summer camp informational
meeting.
Uniform: Class A uniform.
Handbook: Required
Leader's
Meetings
Leader's Meetings are to be
held on the first Monday on each month at 7:30pm
These meetings are used for planning weekly meetings
as well as planning future events. All adult leaders are
requested to attend.

Departure: Saturday, June 5, 2010 5:00AM from the Scout Hall
(note:
Park opens to campers at 7:00am, sites are issued first come,
first served basis we need to be there early)
Arrival: Sunday MAY June 6, approx 8PM at the Scout Hall
Food: Provided by the Park
Cost: $100/Participant

SM Conference at Wanocksett
Troop representatives (Scoumaster & Assistant) meet at
Wanocksett to
review and discuss camp policies and program additions or
changes.
Med Forms and merit badge signups must be presented at this
meeting
